The Imrama Series

Having spent thousands of hours supporting hundreds of people along their healing journeys, I believe now more than ever that we, as individual beings, are capable of profound healing and transformation when given the tools, support, and environment to enable that transformation to take place.

This opportunity will not be for everyone. But, for those who want to go further and deeper on their mental, emotional and spiritual healing journey, for those who feel there is more they want to access within themselves but haven’t yet found the way, I would like to introduce you to The Imrama Series…

The Imrama Series: 1 day micro retreats for the soul

Imrama, a word of Celtic origins that means a sacred journey of the soul. A voyage on which we don’t know where we are going, but our soul knows the way.

There are many Celtic tales about people who set sail, head off into the unknown, seeking to discover who they really are, hoping to get in touch with their soul. To listen, learn, and to be changed. Not because they need so badly to change who they were, but because they needed and longed to be inspired and discover newer, deeper parts of their own soul.

Imrama is a spiritual quest taken with the intention to become enlightened. It’s inspired by a feeling that something is missing. And once acknowledged, you then accept the seekers calling to search for that missing piece.

As with all hero’s journeys, there are, of course, obstacles, adventures, challenges, and inspiring moments of bliss along the way.

All serving to refine our souls, helping us to become who we really are. Helping us to discover our own truth. And with every pilgrimage, with every sacred journey we undertake, we become more and more in touch with the deep truth of who we actually are, of who we came here to be.

Many people on their journey, their imrama, become lost. They lose their drive, become overwhelmed and feel stuck instead of being in flow; they feel isolated, alone, misunderstood. They look for answers, but all they find is more questions. If you have felt like this along your journey, this might be exactly what you have been seeking…

I have been on my own Imrama journey for many years now, and I’d love to share with you some of my learnings and practices that have helped me along the way. I invite you to join me for this series of one day micro retreats designed to seek, behold, and call home the missing pieces of your soul.

Both alone and together, we will journey inwards through the energy centres of the mind and body to uncover and invite your soul fragments home.

Together I will guide you through a journey to explore and experience different tools and modalities including:

• • Soul enquiry practices
  • Exercises for emotional connection and release
  • A 75 minute breathwork practice designed to take you to altered states of consciousness to access your own inner, intuitive healer
  • Artistic expression (no, you don’t need any skill at all for this!)
  • Meditation

The outcome of these micro retreats is to create and enhance within you:

• • A deep sense of connection with yourself and others
  • A sense of grounding and peace
  • An experience of releasing, shedding old layers, and letting go
  • A heightened sense of intuition and deeper connection to your spiritual self
  • Increased access to your own wisdom and inner power
  • A greater feeling of embodiment.

I will only be holding 7 of these micro-retreats this year, each designed to offer healing and growth as independent experiences as well as a series of journeys that will flow into and build upon one another as we move through each of the energy centres (chakras) in the body.

My experience as a healer and guide for people on these inner journeys has shown me the power of one-on-one interaction, and also, how important it is to feel you are a part of something that goes beyond yourself. Therefore, each micro-retreat will be limited to a small number of people. This will enable me to work with you as an individual and give you the attention and care you deserve, while also creating a joint experience for you to feel supported and safe at the same time.
